When will my order be shipped?

Most orders shipping to USA and Canada will be sent out the next business day via USPS, FEDEX or UPS as long as we have the item(s) in stock. 

We process orders from 9:00AM - 5:00PM (PST), Monday - Saturdays. We do not process any orders on Sunday or on the major U.S. holidays.
Our daily shipping cut off time for standard shipping is at 5:00PM (PST), Monday – Saturday.

** Orders made after Friday 5:00PM or on Saturday are not guaranteed to ship out on Saturday. We will ensure to ship the order out on Monday (except holidays).
The checkout process on our website features built-in shipping options that are real-time and true to cost, so you will receive email confirmation immediately upon placing your order. Feel free to contact us for customized order summary or shipping options.

While USPS does not provide complete tracking information for orders shipped with First Class Mail, Smoke and Vape purchases a delivery confirmation number, at our own expense; to confirm successful delivery of your shipment. Larger orders are shipped with FedEx, which offers a sophisticated tracking system. As soon as your order is packed, sends tracking information to the email address provided.

** If your tracking information states “Not Found,” please allow until 7:00pm PST to update on the tracking website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Tracking information will update on the website once the package is picked up and scanned by the courier.

Late Shipments

We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us; however, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions. These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier.

How Long Will It Take for Your Package to Arrive?

Smoke and Vape features rapid order processing with next day shipping for orders placed Monday – Saturday before 5:00 pm (PST) if we have the item(s) in stock. If you wish to obtain a guaranteed delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping method.

Incomplete Incorrect Address Submissions

Please make sure you review the billing and shipping address before placing your order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit or returned orders. will not reship the order until the courier returns it to us and customer pays the 15% restocking fee.

Lost Packages

If you believe your package to be lost, you must file a claim with the carrier. Priority shipping options are covered up to $100. 

Private & Secure

Your orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Our packaging is inconspicuous with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging. There is no Smoke and Vape logo and no product indications. The return label on your package will state "Shipping Department", along with our address.
